Job Duties:
61 Overall responsibility for all quality issues related with suppliers.
61 Supplier audit and qualification.
61 SQA and SQC
61 Project quality management and project quality target implementation in
supplier workshop
61 RCA of complaints and continuous improvement for supplier quality.
61 Supplier development.
61 Owner of digital tools related with supplier quality.

Qualification:
61 Mechanical background in Bachelor or above
61 At least more than 8 years’ experience as quality manager or above in heavy
industry.
61 Rich experiences on welding, machining, NDT, material, heat treatment and
surface treatment. Knowing related technical and quality requirements in these
processes
61 Be familiar with supplier quality management and improvement.
61 Familiar with problem solving tool (such as 8D, A3)
61 Experience of leading continuous improvement project for supplier quality
is a plus.
61 Familiar with supplier audit and supplier qualification.
61 Experiences of leading a team over 20 members.
61 Able to work under pressure.
61 Good logic thinking ability.
61 Handling problem in a systemic way.
61 Self-motivated.
61 Well-organized, detail-oriented and outstanding work ethic.
61 Good English communication skill including listening and speaking.
